My husband and I have a short term rental a block from the beach but while I was there I met a woman who is now contemplating renting from us September - December which is pretty exciting.I have a lot of enthusiasm for the market and wish other people did too!

You were correct that you can discourage/block an applicant from applying without breaking a fair housing policy if your application process requires them to tour. 

@Olga K.It doesn’t necessarily confirm the sewer line is completely blocked—it might just be an issue with the internal plumbing or fixtures.

Why not, we already had everything in place, we loved the area, 3 blocks from the beach, good price etc.

I would assume that it should be blocked off with some type of decorative tile or something of that nature.

Recently, with two separate inquiries (different dates, different groups), things didn't work out.VRBO Pre-Approval blocks those dates in your calendar for 72 hours. !!

HI all we invest in Detroit and Toledo and cash flow in both  duplexes are much easier to cash flow in and in both cities you have to watch your blocks..

I’m pretty sure Zillow has a policy where they remove old photos, but I haven’t figured out the rhyme or reason for where and why they do it.Detroit is pretty block to block.
