Beautiful home.

The beauty of section 8 is that the rent is coming, save for a government shutdown.

That has informed us for this year's trip, and we'll be staying in Langosta/Tamarindo, Potrero/Flamingo, and Hermosa (Guanacaste not Jaco).Of course, there are tons of beautiful places in CR, and the better climate (read: less hot) is found at higher elevations. 

This is a beautiful house - rehabbed/looking new and fresh - walking distance to the water etc, yet low gross yield  compared to Byrd (???)

These are great prices per room in Indy, especially for the beautiful spacious immaculate houses in nice areas that suddenly look profitable.

You'll still make a premium over long term rental rates and not have to deal with a cleaner very often.With airbnbs, the beauty is not having to hire a Property Manager, your cleaners act as eyes on the property. 

Boring Can Be Beautiful, But Location Still WinsWhile I agree that boring markets offer steady cash flow, I’d argue that markets with a blend of stable tenant demand and tourist appeal like areas near U.S. military installations in Germany strike a better balance between cash flow and appreciation.

This area has a unique mix of affordability, beauty, and rental potential that makes it a standout choice for real estate investment.

If cash flow is what you are after, set up a coffee trailer, wash houses, sell digital assets, launch a Shopify store, set up ATMs, buy a title company, coin laundry, a party rental business a car body shop etc.. and then invest the cash flow in real estate! 

But the wealthiest Americans success should be tied tied directly, to the success and opportunities of working Americans currently they are not, that is what Trump (that beautiful orange man) tapped into and what MAGA is all about.
