Finally got done building personal credit enough to seek pre-approval (as I have only just turned 21 years old).

Just as a comparison for using greater Cincinnati credit union they have at top tier credit score 6-7% on 7-12 year fixed rate loans, 9.5 on variable loans and 5.25-6% on 10-30 year loans.

Are you gonna tell me that's a "bad deal" because you don't "own" the property? 

@Timothy Hero community banks and credit unions are the OG DSCR lenders.

Like someone else mentioned, FHA loans are good in low credit and high DTI scenarios, but tend to be less bang for the buck compared against conventional.
