Problem with Zillow and FB is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

Software automates what you already know (hopefully) - for some folks they get in trouble because they assume the software "knows" and they don't bother to learn it.

With that in mind, which approach do you think works best:1.Use property management software (PMS) as an intermediary to automate payments and fee splits while reducing legal risk and simplifying operations?

I think as BP evolves it will address these issues from an AI or automated approach or better lookup function.  

I'm an IT guy myself and clearly not against automated systems, but that can misguide you if you don't know much yourself.
