A lot of investors provide comps (residential RE) but I avoid doing it because it's like telling them how to do there job.

Without too much detail I had to quit my W2 job 2 years ago to care for my disabled son and my wife is still working.

I think they've done a great job of building their product and if you already have a property listed on Airbnb, it's super easy to import to MiniStays (though it's not difficult to list your property there if you don't.)

I thought it was admirable and for a good cause.

However, even though they both have jobs now, they still do not pay the weekly rent that they promised to pay.

Don’t quit your day job.
