SUBSTANTIALLY.I highly recommend tapping into your equity and accumulating some more assets at these prices, you will thank yourself in 3 years.The best and most cost effective way to do so is a simple cash out refinance, I don't think you should touch your primary, but leverage your investments for sure.

The client copy of the tax return should include a depreciation schedule of each rental property that you have.If the tax return that you have does not include it, you should be able to request it from your accountant and ask if they can provide it to you annually going forward.The depreciation schedule will include the original cost basis along with the accumulated depreciation.Best of luck.

It is true that certain policies will accumulate significant cash value, but you either have to put in several thousands for a certain amount of years and let it season for a bit (Life Insurance Retirement Plan) or you pay your monthly/annual premium for quite a while and wait until you're in your 60's or 70's+ to have access to a good amount of cash value (Variable Universal Life).
