I believe shared housing is going to become more popular, due to the lack of available housing throughout the country; and lenders, insurance, etc. will need to find ways to accommodate their use. 

If buyer won’t accommodate time frame, making it difficult, then we may get picky unless buyers agent convinces me otherwise.

Figure you've got the following functions of the house (assuming you've never bought a house before) decide which functions of the house you're worried about breaking and how soon and accommodate for such things.
