Answer= Leads for his "private money coaching program"Is that how you want to start a relationship with someone... who's tried to trick you in to being the "hero" and "mean Guru killer" who has your back!? 

IF it is skiers are you providing good resources for ski delivery, transportation, tips and tricks for parking, deals on lift tickets, etc.

MOST don't try to trick their clients! 

I feel like this is a trick question.......Aaaaahhhh.....

And many if not all of them started in their hometown or area they live in.So please, do not pay a Guru $15,000 (yes I have seen these crazy figures) to tell you to buy out of state or some other fancy RE "trick."

Any tips, tricks, or best practices you wish you knew when starting out?

So I'm sure most of us have an instagram (or FB) account and have come across coaches like Thach Nguyen and Jake Leicht showing how they used real estate methods (flipping, brrrrr, etc) to make loads of money and promising to show you all their tricks if you just pay them $5000+ for their content. 

The trick is to price is right.
