I am a new investor looking to start an STR within the Seattle Tacoma area, I was looking through the thread and to my surprise there were few to 0 threads within the seattle tacoma area.

They hired professional movers who move rental furniture for the tenant as his is ruined.

hahaToledo is a cashflow and volume play.It's a slow mover during boom cycles and takes 10+ years to catch up to other markets when it comes to appreciation but eventually it does.Just like it did the last few years when folks ran out of deals on the East Coast and West Coast.Everyone started stampeding Toledo.Happy to have everyone tho so keep coming 🙏

Regardless 8% up isn't a bad thing...Of course...things are only going to increase during the coming months here in the northwest because of the weather, so excited to see how things play out.Praying for lower interest rates to help inventory aka more movers.

My SO is also in the military and will be moving to Tacoma, WA in the next couple of months.

Currently around Tacoma area, I am hardly finding any SFH with positive cashflow which is expected.
