He cited (in perfect form, btw, he clearly owned a blue book) many cases, including US Supreme Court cases.Strangely, the case was not immediately, or ever, resolved in his favor.According to some here, the reason must be that powerful forces were arrayed against him, or some such nonsense.In reality, his perfectly cited cases were off-point.
