After seeing my sister having a few properties in Wyoming in which she lives in Pennsylvania, and seeing how little most property managers don't take care of the properties under their care. 

Should she do that under a LLC or a trust if she intends to pass those properties to my sister and I should something happen to her?

Hi there,I'm selling a single family home in upstate NY (owned by an LLC that is in turn owned by myself and my sister). 

Suggest treating the areas and possibly installing sister boards to firm up the beams.

My sister lived only about 150 miles away, so she went over and looked at it after I bought it. 

I have a house that I am renting to my sisters family.

Almost have to be the child of people with no brothers or sisters who are also children with no brothers or sisters, or the family has to have super bad luck. 

Maybe women as a whole arent interested in these jobs or flipping houses > On my jobs the the women work as designers for the hard surface company.. we have a few women I see working for the sheet rock company doing the fine detial mudding and patch work and well when I was in the logging business one of my loggers his sister ran the log loader and was very good swinging those logs on to the truck..

I co-own a house with my sister. 

I am concerned with rent control as well....The lease is for one yearI know from basement tenant that they signed lease with the sister (but the lease has previous owner's name)if it is fraud - it will be her word against minebasement tenant are probably here illegally and I doubt they would testify
