You can use zillow for this or yor agent.You want to go for Max cash flow which means you have to figure out its current rents per door and if you can raise those based on current condition or if will need updates/repairs. 

Updated - I've been in the 100PF MAP program for over a year now, still have not secure my first multifamily unit.

Their updates state that they expect 2nd quarter to be the winner. 

I will do my regular due diligence when dealing with a new partnership and any deals they find.
