Prices are sky high and there is no relief in sight.

They are very thorough in loan boarding, which can be a pain, but that is actually a good thing.

Permitting is painfully slow, even with long cultivated relationships with the county.

So state AG's are getting wise to the abuses and in PA in particular.. as I have 2 vendors in PA that I have funded for years.. who work variations of this model..

I have 29 of them and rarely have any turnovers which are a pain and eat up profits.

You 3-year stepdown will be a little painful, but, it could be worth it if the funds are needed.
