After two decades in real estate investing, I'll give you the unvarnished truth about building wealth through property.First, forget the TV hype about overnight riches.

People who used to be responsible for only 40 units in one market were informed overnight that they're now responsible for over 300 units spread across multiple cities - and all for the same pay they were making before.

I would also bet that a tree of that size was there when the house was purchased large trees just do not grow overnight.

I have paid for various books, paid for 3 BP boot camps (MF (DeRosa group), CRE (Tyler Cauble), STR (Averys)), attended conferences and workshops.  

So you buy a nice looking faucet set  for the upstairs bathroom , I have my plumber install it and overnight the cartridge blows out and floods the house . 

It's big enough that I could also add camping/RV/tiny home STR options in different areas (20+ acres with a lake and a pool).

It's not about easy path to become a billionaire over night.

I am in the camp that anyone can be found rather easily but it's a choice of your comfort level and what your desired outcome is.
