I have it set up to do similar things.I just tried that, but as soon as I try to click on "TOOLS then RULES & ALERTS", it tells me I am working offline and I need to connect to "Microsoft Exchange Server"...I used to connect to our server at the office.

You could try Microsoft OneNote - has some handy features where you can pull in graphics, text etc. all into one document and save as a .pdf if you want.
