I am currently with SafeCo and their max is $500k so I'll have to go with an umbrella to get $1m in liability.

John,Currently there are no min. loan requirements and the max. is currently set at 1 million (although underwriting will review larger loan requests on a case by case basis).

So knowing that the max I can get 650 per month and the worse case is 300 per month, each home has to be evaluated based what you can get per month on that individual home.

I passed on the Fannie Mae thinking I would waste my time because the max I would want to pay is nowhere near their listing price.
