I have posted before in Linked In that BRRR is not a great strategy since you have to master so many things.You have to buy the property right and at a low enough price and find the funding to do so.

They launch a podcast, they try to get as many podcast appearances, they post about their deals here and on LinkedIn, or if they have never done a deal, they post about other topics people might find interesting.  

There is a forum on LinkedIn:  Distressed 2nd Mortgages GroupI haven't spent too much time in that group but it appears to be what you are looking for regardless of the name of the group.

I am linked to him on LinkedIn so I do remember talking to him.

Search on LinkedIn for news posts, companies, etc who do this full-time.
