Credit.supposebly.in 2017 i still owed 169.000 mean while in my face there selling same modular for 89.000 .in 09 market crashed..i lost my house and rentals.but managed to save for diwn payment.i have a case ..im sure but need help.most attorneys wont help becouse its a modular..they took my house .my kids home all our belongings cars.walked away with nithing more than what we could fit in my trunk...been hme less with 3 teens..is not recomended..sad hungry noghts cold.unsure.destroyed..humiliated.i fought .its been almost 2 years.house is still vacant...the Ford Family in Moss Landing Ca...hearless ..i dont want the house ..i need help to file lawsuit...we need justice.im not the only person they pulled the same scam on..theres more familyes.they take your money.then they fabricate make up scams to get rid of you...and them keeping your house....this hone supposebly was auctioned off but i checked the county.and never was home was to sell and pay debt.and return change to us..never happened. 

I will be replacing the roof (has life, but shingle cuppage and moss have worn parts of it thin, into some layers of wood) new gutters needed as well.

The only time I've heard of anyone washing their roof was spraying it to remove moss.

Their shade causes mold and moss.

I'm not letting the moss grow under my butt for 5 years and wait to see what will happen with the real estate market.

I'm sure @Christopher Moss is very aware of the areas of student housing that give the best return but the general Washington Park area of Providence is too broad.

Of course I have investor friendly contractors that can do it for less.The roof on the entire property has failed, there is mold growing on all the drywall, and literally a 5x7 bed of moss in the living room. someone abandoned a car in the back of the rowhouse as well.
