So i've been running a lot of these lately, would like to get proficient at it and was hoping someone would look one over and see if I got this down right.  

My rough estimate is 40-50% can actually control their vehicles with any degree of proficiency. 

What I bring to the table is:* strong analytical skills* come from a family of builders, so pretty proficient in finding the "gotchas" pretty quickly* fairly keen sense of aesthetics & what aspiring renters prefer* good knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs * 30+ years of marketing/marketing communications background* strong negotiating skillsWould love to connect with others in the area. 

After I became proficient on my own, I was ok with family being involved because I knew how to do it and where the risk / pitfalls were.

She is a woman of many hats and yet proficient and reliable.

Must be proficient with technology using email, Google services, Office products and scanners.

Paying a proficient short sale negotiator is worth it's weight in gold to increase the chances of a short sale being completed efficiently and in keeping a strong line of communication with all parties.

Like any strategy, you can't become proficient at it by reading a post or watching a video.

Full Stop.The OP needs to cash flow and be proficient at screening and managing multiple units/properties.
