I know a drop-in sink with stone counters is not ideal, but it hardly seems worth it to pay $500 or more to buy and have installed a new sink (not to mention what additional faucet cutouts might cost), when the existing sink is perfectly fine and already has a practically new brushed nickel Delta faucet.

well since this is a make money on the delta program with very little true cash and since they really had no ability to refi or pay the underlying off.

At least the way 99% of wholesalers go about it.. you must close first then resell.. and in our states no title company will do an A to B to C using end buyers funds to close the deal and cutting a check for the delta to the middle man ( wholesaler)… so anyway.. like she says its like speeding it just depends if you get caught..

a lender need to make 4 to 5k per file to keep the doors open.. either through junk fees and or points and junk fee's the interest normally goes to the investor not the lender.. there maybe a little delta on the interest but not much ..
