It's only been two weeks, wait until the machine gets churning and things like dedicated passenger trains to the border are available & deporting more.I think the most effective arguments Trump has, is that since many of the folks are very loyal family members, they will self-deport when grandma or grandpa are deported. 

It might be a good time to come together instead of passively displaying your political views on a platform dedicated to real estate investing. 

How can you beat the guy who is dedicated on one platform when you are spreading your ranking points here and there.

Yeah, most cities/areas have a dedicated FB group like "XXX area real estate investors group" or whatever.

You simply have to have a dedicated account where only those deposit monies sit.  

Hey Chris, a few thoughts here.Considering that office is not attached to the house, I wouldn’t add any footage to the total home square footage; however, you could advertise that office space and amount of footage and amenities in your remarks.If you’re a Realtor or are using one for the sale, your local MLS may have fields dedicated to additional footage for other buildings on the property, such as ADU’s.The other point is that typically, perhaps depending upon location, a space needs to have heating to count in the square footage, which this office doesn’t have if I understand correctly.Consider contacting an appraiser to inquire about how they would handle this space on an appraisal, or a Realtor.

Just like any business, the reward is big but STR requires a lot of dedication and self sacrifice.
