@Chris Kay to learn to properly DIY manage you have two basic options:1) Trial & fire on your own, hopefully not making a major mistake that costs you tens of thousands of dollars.- Once your time is more impotant to you then the cost of a PMC, you can hire one.2) Hire a PMC to guide you on your first rental and learn from their expertise.- You can buy additional properties and DIY manage those, perhaps leaning on the PMC for any issues you're not sure how to handle on your own.Good luck:)

I or a partner have done at least two of his boot-camps over the years, including his land & commercial property which helped us buy our first three land joint ventures-with-the-sellers a few years ago – never has there been subsequent illegal charges, but I do read thoroughly the agreements and immediately notate in my day-timer the required termination date for any company’s teaser or rebate.Again, I empathize with those who had bad experiences with any company’s or guru’s teasers, but I’d suggest rather than avoiding teasers and rebates, take advantage of them!

There's more low-hanging fruit here than I'll ever need, but hitting the ground running to pick it before land prices start reflecting the new higher values requires more capital than I have and I don't do debt.There are two main companies in the US who do the work of creating and selling eco-mitigation credits on a joint venture basis, separated by the Mississippi river.
