.- All hardware should be present, property secured, and in good working order (e.g. door stops, light fixtures, faucets, toilet paper holder, hand & bath towel bars, drawer/cabinet pulls, hinges, door knobs/locks, etc.).- Carpets must be professionally cleaned or, if necessary, replaced if there is excessive wear.- The yard must be in good order with no debris, either natural or other.

Save the money, clean it till it shines, maybe basic improvements like a few new light fixtures or at least matching/bright lightbulbs, maybe a few new faucets, some paint touch ups and sell.If you’re hiring a Realtor®, they can tell you pricing in current condition versus pricing with a few minor changes.

Many of these buildings have anywhere from 6 to 24 units, and when you do work on one section it will clog some of the fixtures downstream.

Be careful out there....some of the new builds are not comparable to the old builds....many of the newer ones are all siding, no brick, no light fixtures or ceiling fans...just LED recessed lighting...no doorbell, no garage door opener, no attic stairs, one piece tubs, vs tiled baths, no landscaping, no trees, and on and on....they've taken out virtually every single cost.   

Added value but renovating the entire home with new fixtures.

Ensure the plumbing and electrical connections are regularly checked for any leaks or faults.Lighting and Fixtures: Modern light fixtures and ceiling fans add aesthetic value and comfort.

I said we are not responsible for the fixture until move out.They left the fixture outside under all weather conditions.Are we being fair?
