You will have to look further such as the Contra Costa county.

A programmable thermostat, receptacles that have USB ports; there are lots of things that improve your property, don't cost a lot of cash & are kind of nice to have. 

Removed a pool it will cost a lot of money also. 

Also, I'd love to talk about the our new luxury style short-term rental retreat that I purchased with other investors in Costa Rica.  

Plus you will need money for closing cost as well.

Our current agent is the only agent who has suggested that we try to sell them separately since selling them together didn't appear to work.On the other hand, maybe prospective buyers are waiting to see how much lending rates decline in the next few months and what happens with the Costa-Hawkins proposition on CA ballots this November.
