There is no place that is just laying around waiting for people to waltz in and lazily do near to nothing and pickup ANY property at ANY price, ANY means and just, cash-fat-checks......

Take your time, spend the money, invest your time and energy into actually coming to the market, sitting down with these brokers, property managers, other investors, go to networking meets, get in the market, get face to face, belly to belly with the brokers. , trust me, if you fly the way all the way from California to Raleigh, North Carolina, , the broker in Raleigh is probably going to consider you a serious buyer since you just spent, you know, a couple thousand bucks and, you know, three, four days to get there.

@Evan Bell - I personally don't trust any 1-800 providers haha.

I was working with someone a few years ago who was flipping a house and trying to sell it for topof the market type numbers, he ended up nearly going belly up and never did any more flips after that experience.

He still asks you for a small fee to make sure that you're a serious buyer and that you're gonna buy his offerings so he can get his fat commissions.

Come on mate, I’ve been in this game for way too long and I’ve seen the manipulation that goes on with many turnkey companies offering finance over the last 10 yearsAnd let’s not even get into the turnkey marketing sales companies pushing as many houses via financing just to get a fat commission on every property soldNot giving two dimes if an investor is solvent, and if they can afford it…
