Cirrus SR 22  I had just bought an NBA basketball players 3/4 finished mansion in Portland Oregon put 1 million into finishes and sold it first day on market for 5 million.. we made    well we made a bunch let me put it that way.. so even though I had owned many airplanes over the years they were used and under 100k each.. this was brand new and I went to the factory In Duluth MN spent a week on transition training and flew it home to Portland  9 hours Hobbs time.

@Paul Leason  agreed  unless its like the top of the pop in PHX ... you never know with those monster homes. back in 04 I bought a mansion from a basketball player NBA  that was 3/4 done..in Portland OR>. and our market pretty much peaks at 6 million or so for river front.. we finished it I listed it and sold it first day for 5 million cash..

An investor could purchase a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath , 1,200 SF “move in ready” property in Cleveland around $55,000 (off market) but in Columbus the starting point for a comparable property is nearly 2.5x due to market appreciation with much more competition.Other potential factors that could play into market appreciation in the future is the new MLB Baseball Team, the progression of The Cleveland Browns Football Team, and The Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Team.The first year market goal is to own ten rental property units providing safe homes for good tenants in an up and coming area with greater potential than standard appreciation, which is 2% per year.

This time I'd like to ask the successful people in the group how they would invest that $800k. 1. 20% goes to special financing Interval Fund as robust cash flow income.2. 10% goes to my futures trading account3. 10% goes to index/bond4. 10% goes to MultiFamily Class C syndication in...Ohio LOL5. 20% goes to Software VC syndication6. 30% goes to all BRRR project that I could handle myself.I may invest to syndication that invest in NBA team as well.All while living in Mexico or Bali and still have my W2 job LOL
