Based on the listing that came out I am either going to be heading to Davis-Monthan AFB AZ, or Creech AFB NV.

Also, I will be heading to Jax this w/e so if you have some more time, it'd be great to pick your brain on what you think of the area and where you think some quality B/C class properties may be located within the city.

Property B appears to be heading to foreclosure as well from walking the property.  

Schools are decent,crime is low, in Virginia landlord tenant laws are more favorable towards landlords, metro expansion seems to be heading more south of the city, and cost per sqft is significantly lower (in general) than Arlington and DC. 

I agree with @Rod Hanks that things are different right now, but we could still be heading there.

Once they start closing schools we'll be heading towards trouble I think. 

**If you send written notice implementing new policy, then something changes and you no longer need or want to have that policy, you could be heading for a lot of headache trying to change policy again.  

I’ve seen a few disturbing posts recently, mostly on social media, but a few here on BP as well, where the posters are reacting almost with glee that we may finally be heading toward a dip in real estate so they can cash in on good deals.This post is strictly my personal opinion, but also a call for others in the real estate industry who came through the previous crash to provide some much-needed levity right now.

If you don't take a risk you'll never get the reward, but @michaeldurham says above we could be heading into a depression.

However, I was wondering what BP thought about the current state of the LA market and where it may be heading in the next 6 months or so.
