I know the cost of land has to be 1.2 million max for 2 acres. that's going to be rare in South Florida but may be possible or it might be more north even past palm Beach county since land is so scarce. but talking to a developer or getting clients and building your needs list will help a lot. depends if you want to work commercial or residential as well

While I don’t know their program or them, I’ve yet to see a mentorship program that cuts the time necessary to obtain the knowledge required; that has a monopoly on any tactic, strategy or technique that’s not common knowledge; and or that provides any ongoing “help” that’s anything but “basic”.If you’re not well versed in principles, finance, and law, either read books on these, attend college classes, or take a course(s) leading to real estate broker (salesman) licensure.

The biggest question I would ask is how well they know the area such as neighborhoods and do they have connections to building a CORE 4 such as great contractors, property managers, attorneys, etc
