As I said before I do not disagree with advice like paying down “bad” debt; however, he seems to not like debt in and of itself which in my opinion runs counter to what many on BP and other forums would view as a useful and often necessary tool and method for accumulating wealth in real estate.  

I've done the single family method and it was too slow for me and just ate up too much time, although I learned a ton.

I have experience with house hacking and am an interior designer by trade, I am very ready to start flipping homes in my area of Asheville, NC.

@Philip Muka have you explored/researched the "asset island" method? 

This, our third rental, we plan to do the BRRR method with as we have the other two that are now owned by fortunate new owners over in my other market of Blue Ridge GA.

Key for todays market is knowing your strategy with ultra detailed methodical planning, supported by solid data for viability, master of analysis, and action ready on the drop of a dime.

Many years ago, Home Depot and Lowes used to have professionals from each trade in those departments, most were retired etc, I find that less and less nowadays and find myself helping customers out when I hear an employee giving really bad advice, so just take advice in the big box stores with a grain of salt. 

I am leaning towards the BRRRR method or traditional LR once the right property comes across.
