They are great ankle support, strong sole so standing on a latter for hours doesn't hurt, durable leather, comfortable, ok weight, slip resistant tread that is great for walking or roofs, thick sole so you don't get nails piercing, toe protection and under $90.

Also there's no need for underlayment as it has a thick rubber backing on the back.It's 2.15/ft but I have found it's worth it bc of wear level and no underlayment purchase needed.

Look at the thickness and get a good padding to put underneath if you don't the floors will be very loud when you walk across them.

The houses that had a high quality commercial grade glue have held up great, even though it was a less expensive 2 mm thick / 6 mil wear layer LVT.
