I am a little suspicious of what is going on, but I'm just going to let it be.

@Hoyoon Chae Congrats on getting started, but to avoid a misstep you may want to consider the following:1-Due diligence: Always do your own due diligence the numbers on off market properties are often "optimistic" ARV (and rent roll) is usually high and rehab costs are suspiciously low.

I was suspicious it was Evolve or Vacasa.

And, you know how you get caught when you don't:  neighbors, disgrunted trades, contractors who bid the job but didn't get it, a jealous coworker/flipper, a friend of a friend, your mother-in-law - anyone can report 'suspicious activity' without cause that can result in that badge of dishonor:   the bid RED TAG.  

Because with multiple parties living in close spaces with shared stairways, laundry facilities, and green spaces I rather them call me or the police if they feel they see something suspicious.

And if you deal with that seller again, be suspicious.

No one can explain why I-95 is so behind (including many DOT older timers who've got 30/40+ years of tenure) I haven't spoken with anyone who worked directly on I-95 but I know other DOT members who find it suspicious.

The cost is just absurd to me; no wonder people get suspicious of contractors! 

I have always been a bit suspicious of their results depending on the region.

Not saying they did that, but they could have and the threatening and deceptive way they went about "requiring" signature makes me at least a little suspicious.
