Though I will admit, we are facing the same issue as mentioned above with the "army of clients" now for 2023 tax year 😆 its a cycle of accounting firms I suppose.

So it's supposed to be specified in the operating agreement.It sounds like your contract doesn't specify...and is irregular (and if so, that is one of the dangers of investing with a newbie sponsor...and who hasn't had to deal with a fairly basic issue, before).

Hi everyone,I suppose I am on the other side of what this forum is for, however I know many of you are well-versed in tenant/landlord laws so I would like to get your opinions!

They were supposed to have a response yesterday and now my realtor states the HOA is meeting up again to decide. 

While the listing agents are supposed to be an advocate for the seller, the ability to collect both sides of the sales commission often impacts the representation.

Remember, you’re in this supposedly to make money, not just to have a very “wild” day.
