So, I thought I would highlight this recent news story on the current state of Austin’s STR license enforcement.

So, how does this fit with all the recent news that large multifam rents have been decreasing the last year?

My 2 main doubts are the rental prices and the crimes that have occurred around the area (wandering around on reddit posts and past news articles).
