My main interests are for low cost insulators for non-residential applications, but if I can integrate micro rebar or other enhancements and achieve a code compliant (by PSI compression test) formula, then it's a matter of finding a PE to sign off on a floor, foundation or wall application.

My thought is to try and come up with some kind of formula based on sqft, bedroom, bathroom, and # of tenants to get an average percentage of consumption per unit, then bill back based on that math.

It makes sense why it's happening and I'm sure is just natural for them to talk about what is going on in their lives currently, but I do wonder if it's gotten away from the original formula that has worked so well.I know there's a newbie podcast, so we don't necessarily need someone to teach us about the difference between gross and net income for example.
