--I remember in my younger days, the company where I worked reached some kind of anniversary. 25th, 50th, I don't remember.

All the small things like cookware, linens, soap I get from Wal Mart. 

Cleaning charges the apt should be left as clean as you received it or you'll expect to be charged for cleaning.. wear and tear isn't leaving the bathtub with 2 years of built up soap scum, or the toilet never cleaned out.. or the oven with burnt on crud left in the bottom, or crayon marks on walls ect....What's normal wear and tear well it's average use.

After all of the fees were taken out, I was paid roughly $750 for that deal because of the anniversary fee (which comes up once a year) was around $7-800, plus all of the other transaction and splits that were taken out. 

A lot of people don’t use washcloths at all, they just rub soap around with their hands.

You just have to send in a one-page document to request an increase each year on the anniversary of the HAP contract.

The others have to know that if they come in there will be consequences they are not willing to handle individually.I'll get off the soap box now.

Offer more interest (higher monthly payments), to pay a couple points on the anniversary date for another year or two - whatever.
