I went in and fixed it in about 5 minutes, but I noticed a collection of porn movies (that were not the ones I provide) and some sex toys.

They don't know if the people are registered sex offenders etc.

You could have an old building and per the leases the tenant do not cover much of any cam costs which can reduce your returns.The parking lots tend to take beatings in cold belt states and not last as long.

Longer at the job the more reliable person is to their commitment and responsibilities.There is more control on your part to choosing the right tenant not based on just their sex.

Even with industrial properties you can look at your NOI from total rent income(usually on NNN basis rent+tax/cam) minus term expenses.

The ruling should make it easier for otherwise qualified registered sex offenders to rent an apartment. 

The original lease from 2010 states there will only be one occupant, but there are 3, one of whom is a registered sex offender (son of the lessee) with some recent offenses for disorderly conduct.

@Ryan Luby buy them a nest cam or something so that they can see the oil and have them set reminders for them to check it.

The primary voucher holder does not get his/her own bedroom, and they don’t separate sexes.
