You can deduct up to 50% of your adjusted Gross income to my organization as we are organized to house low income frail elderly and disable  low income.  

They’ll believe you had an obligation to obtain the higher, resell price for them as per a licensee.

Hey Matt -All my organization is between Quickbooks and custom spreadsheets. 

instead, they expect you to extract and fill out a GENERIC 'organizer'  when you try to list the data that is missing at the bottom of the 'organizer' they dont read it!

Most folks starting out here are mom and pop organizations that do most of the work themselves and trusts will not hide them at all. 

What this means is that it cannot be a fix n flip where your intent is primarily to resell.
