I have been looking  at P2P lending such as Lending Club/Prosper.

Lenders can be traditional banks and credit unions, hard money lenders, peer lending (LendingClub, Prosper), and peer real estate lending (what you identified).

We hope to gain insightful knowledge of helping us to achieve our short term  - midterm - long term goals of financial prosperity.
