Property Radar does not provide daily data for FL which is where you are interested in doing your marketing or am i mistaken?

I would start with them.I am not based in LA, so I don't know your exact laws, but I think I can still provide some initial direction for you to find answers, and maybe offer an idea to research.  

I know some solid professionals in this area if you need some referrals.

@Timothy Frazier  This will be tough as the HML will want a 1st position loan, but so will the other lender providing the rest of the funds. 

I personally think it is best to work with local professionals with a good track record.
