I have used him for over 5 yrs and was actually recommended by a nearby HOA President. 

I don't ever recommend someone buy a property having never seen or been there.It sounds like @Dustin Hagemaier would be a great resource for you.

I was leveraged to the point of being uncomfortable when I was single and in my 20s so I get the idea but don’t recommend pulling money out of a retirement fund.
