The rental market is strong because Alpena is a regional jobs hub.

The software must be easy to use and assist with accounting, rent collection, background and credit checks, and marketing advertising to several different hubs at once (trulia, Zillow, etc..).

I also personally see Oklahoma as being a massive hub of innovation within the energy industry.  

I would recommend pairing it with a wink hub. 

Podio is very customizable so it serves as the "central hub" or "interface" and creates the relationships between items.

One of the AirBnbs in Paradise Valley was used for a Porn shoot so you can have all kinds of implications if you're not careful.

I like the Schlage Encode series, get a wifi enabled lock not the ones that require a hub.

Here in CA the tenant is required to allow access, but is under no obligation to do anything else --no cleaning or vacating of any sort is required (nor is dressing, getting out of bed, answering the door, or turning off the porn movies, & holstered firearm is A-OK as long as it's legal).

It would make sense that the area evolves in the next 5-10 years given it's a hub for western NJ coming into NYC. 

We're not a big public transportation hub down here in the south, so everyone has cars and we drive everywhere...living a few more miles away from town, is just not as big of deal as it is in other parts of the country.With all that being said though, if you can buy it for $130k....it's probably worth it.Good Luck,Jay
