These high yield props are much harder to manage and in some such areas you can get into a jam if you lose your PM1) No other good PMs in the area2) PMs in these higher yield areas can be picky and choose not to accept properties that don't rent for $1K or more per unit.Recommend you call a few other property management companies and see if they'd take the house under management in a pinch

You can call 411 and get their phone numbers or mail them a letter, but you don't have the luxury of much time..In a pinch if sellers wont let you back out of the deal you could throw a sign in the front yard.Call every family member & friend you know that MAY qualify for a mortgage.How bad do you want the deal?

If it is readily available to you, you will most likely use it in a pinch instead of buckling down and eating hot dogs, mac & cheese and ramen noodles... that is character building stuff and great stories to tell the kids and grandkids!

Except it is better because although the car will depreciate, it could be sold in a pinch if you had a couple thousand to cover the deficiency.So, what I am saying is, in the right scenario, financing your vehicle, rather than paying cash, does not need to be considered any differently than any other form of raising borrowed money.

After that, it could be melted wires under a pinched staple in the wall, a device in another room that is on that circuit still tripping it, circuit breaker itself could be faulty (rare but it happens) or any number of odd-ball things.
