In other words, law enforcement and the government would have had the ability to regulate information and speech over the internet.Luckily, the bill was overturned when some prominent lawmakers were forced face their very pissed off constituency...they tried to push the bill through quietly, but some of us decided to make a lot of noise and bring it out into the light.Funny how the White House (and the rest of the U.S. lawmakers) think it's ridiculous that the UN control the Internet, but didn't think it was ridiculous that the US government tried to do the same thing.

The fund I bought this from started the process in 2012, and this guy has thrown everything under the kitchen sink at this, with 3 BK's, work injury claim, non-compliance, overturning magistrate's decision, etc, etc. 

Also, it may make more sense to calculate your decisions in terms of cash on cash returns, or ROE. $500 a month in cash flow is easy, just pay cash for something.

Even though it was cashflowing $400/ mo, there was $85k of equity, so the pre-tax ROE was only 5.6%. 

When I owned 10 single family, cash flowing an average of $450.00 each door, my ROE or Return on Equity was barely over 3%.  

I Want control on who is living there and the metrics I use to screen them but the best return on my investment and reduce overturn and damage to property. 

We are so brainwashed as a society, that it's easier for people to shun you for pointing it out, than to actually have to think about it.I am not saying we HAVE to abolish the FED, and overturn the way we have done things since 1913.
