There is considerable risk in engaging in shenanigans if they even have the odor of impropriety, whether they turn out right or not.

Even if you did, that might cost you less than dealing with cat odor.

Cats require a high protein diet; their urine can have a significant odor and it is worse with an unneutered male cat that sprays to mark territory.

When buying I like to see termite damage or mold and smell a bad odor (at least one I know I can remedy fairly cheaply) because that usually means additional profit.

Another example: after she spent 2 months trying to find someone to help fix an odor in the basement (she offered to find someone and I’m out of state, so I said that’d be fine) to no avail, she passed the task back to me, and I spent 2 weeks trying to find someone, to no avail (this home is in an oil boomtown, and most men work in oil, so finding service professionals is very difficult.).

As a free system (for now), I can only grumble about Podio's rough edges.
