I have a realtor that told me that I am unable to sell my home unless all violation (nuisance lien) is taking care of which total up to $3200.

With the "nuisance" that it took a bunch of lawyers and at least one court to derive at that conclusion, costing you tons of money in the end.

When it is your butt on the line and when it falls solely on YOU if something goes wrong... no managing company would do a better job than you would do.Although all this personally is enough reason to hold back (a bit).. the simple fact that it is long distance is enough of a nuisance to think twice, opening that can of worms.

This was a nuisance to have to ask.

The tenant is committing waste; or is a nuisance, or is using the dwelling illegally or not as a home in violation of the rental agreement.

If not then at least you can get out the nuisance tenants and find someone else.

Here in Ohio, we have these ridiculous nuisance laws.

The house was flagged a nuisance property by the city due to neglect by previous owners, so I pay a guy $70 per month to cut the grass and cleanup any trash.I have that property listed off market in Market place forum currently as I’d never turn away any profit.

If a neighbor complains to the municipality that a nearby property is a public nuisance, is there any recourse?
