Outdoor ‘ring’ camera?

@Tom Kaz I haven’t ran any numbers completely on what you laid out.However, the unit sizes lead me to believe it is Boat&RV Storage primarily so that makes management very easy.Does it need initial improvements for automatic gate/ cameras/fencing?

Also, there is a lot of owners who got themselves delisted by fake guest complaint such as hidden cameras.

They have security cameras and cops frequently hang around the areas.

@Daniel Whitmore when my wife and I were applying to buy our first property we were unable to use her income because she didn't have what they were looking for with consistent income (working as a private nanny) so we qualified based on my income alone.

The building already has dozens of cameras, but I'd add some more around the entrances after this upgrade has been done.

I want a live in nanny or house keeper but I never asked my landlord for that.

There would be rules though: no drinking or drugs, no houseguests, no craziness, and I was allowed to keep watch on the inside and outside of the house with cameras.

@Jimmey Green we use lights and cameras as well as signs letting people know there are cameras.

Everything is logged and monitored by access locks and security cameras.
