Me and my girlfriend are currently living in a house that her mother owns but apparently it's in pre-foreclosure.

I bought a home in Seattle 2 years ago and have been squeezing every penny out if it with a mother in law and renting out a room on the main floor. 

He was released from the hospital in the middle of November and had to move in with his mother because he needed someone living with him who could tend to him -- and the doctors said this would be a concern for months, maybe years. 

His mother has lived in the next door multi-family property... which I do not own.

I don't know this for a fact, but my mother told me that banks sell there junk Homes at Auction.

With this lender I know someone as a personnel childhood friend who works there along with my daughters friends mother.  

I am presently in Fla. due to my mothers illness .
