Hello, all I am in the Pembroke Pines area.

Anyone interested in hail damaged properties in Pine Bluffs?

Personally, I would consider anything South of Veteran's Pkwy to be South Cape, but I've heard other people say everything South of Pine Island Rd is still considered South Cape Coral.

To the north of Medley, most of Southwest Ranches, Pembroke Pines and Miramar would all be ok commute-wise and generally cheaper than most places in Dade county.

The trim is either primed MDF or pine which will get painted.

What they've done regarding restoring power/services, with the road to pine island and the Sannibel Causeway thus far is pretty remarkable.

Especially on Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Pine Island, Matlacha, and more.
