Actually the comps say $600k but I don't think I could get that as it will need a new roof soon and there is asbestos siding that is still in good shape, but it is still a liability) I am still in the home until my youngest graduates in three years, but she is the only one left and when she is not with me (50% of the time) I am at what will be our forever home in NH. 

I would only consider taking on something like this in a partnership manner, where a local person, be it the contractor, a real estate agent, flipper, property manager, etc has real skin in the game, too, to help align their interests. 

You want an agent that will go through the main coverages with you along with the optional coverage to see what aligns for you personally.

I believe that this aligns well with the long term growth of Austin. 

I don't think we will reach those lows again, but wouldn't necessarily bet against it, either.If you are skittish now, I'd get it on the market right now while there's still a season left, and price it to MOVE.
