I've been racking my brain and laptop with trying to find info how to build a great buyer's list especially when you don't have property yet. 

Nothing crazy, like a laptop to replace one thats like 10 years old as a christmas gift. 

However, only a computer or laptop is able to open zip files, not tablets or smartphones. 

A little desk or place to sit with a laptop is welcome.

Yes I do have an MP3 player in the truck (plus a iPhone iPad and laptop). 

I rarely look at BP on laptop, but frequently did on iphone App.

Well, 10 would be nice but even 4 is worth it.  6k/month that you can do from anywhere in the world from your laptop. 

If someone were to break in to my home, steal ALL my stuff; my cars, trucks, art collections, flat screen TVs, laptops, computers, gadgets and devices of all shapes and sizes - they would probably NOT TOUCH the scores of books, audio programs, and training packages and programs we have purchased over the years to make all of this possible.So here is where we are as property owners/property managers.Yes, we have residents calling us now offering to pay what they can.
