Desk in room to sit and do work or laptop stuff is great, if there is room for it. 

Finally after pulling out my clunky laptop, my photo uploaded after like 5 minutes. 

I laughed so hard I almost spit my coffee out on my laptop. 

Most of my out of the office work can be from a laptop or iPad while watching crappy reality TV so it's not like I'm spending my life "on the job", thankfully.

Our customers can wash AND dry their clothes in under an hour or less than the competition; they can lounge in the recliners or work on their laptop with our wifi; their children can play with toys instead of ask when they get to leave every 3 minutes.

Well, 10 would be nice but even 4 is worth it.  6k/month that you can do from anywhere in the world from your laptop. 

If someone were to break in to my home, steal ALL my stuff; my cars, trucks, art collections, flat screen TVs, laptops, computers, gadgets and devices of all shapes and sizes - they would probably NOT TOUCH the scores of books, audio programs, and training packages and programs we have purchased over the years to make all of this possible.So here is where we are as property owners/property managers.Yes, we have residents calling us now offering to pay what they can.

When I'm doing showings, I have a laptop with a small scanner.
